COPPER TUBE & BUSBAR PRODUCTION
ETP-Cu and DHP-Cu Billets in certain diameters and lengths, which are suitable for extrusion, are pre-heated. Mother tubes and Pre-drawn flat materials are obtained from billets, which are extruded by a PLC controlled press with 2350 tons capacity. Final products are produced in different finishing lines according to the type of final shape. Busbars, Level Wound Coils and PVC Coated tubes, Straight Lengths and Pancake Coils are our product types. Tubes can be in hard drawn or annealed and bus bars can be in semi-hard condition.
