High purity electrolytic copper cathodes are melted in the atmosphere controlled induction furnaces and cast continuously in the form of billets by the vertical system under precise control. DHP-Cu, ETP-Cu and DLP-Cu quality billets of 170, 230 and 304 mm diameter are automatically cut in required length by a flying saw synchronous to the casting speed.
