Bare copper wires from 0.8 to 3.0 mm diameter are coated electrolytically with tin between 4-12 micron thickness. Tin coated wires are drawn down to the required diameter.
Nickel Coating
Bare copper wires from 0.8 to 2.0 mm diameter are coated electrolytically with nickel between 2-120 micron or 2, 4, 7, 10, 27% by weight thickness. Nickel coated wires are drawn down to the required diameter.
